I understand that Amazon is continously improving his service. But who were the first customers of Amazon Web Services, small web2.0 startups. What do these startup need, email. I'm very astonished that nobody complain about that anymore (or less) and are happy with new Amazon features. For me this is the top number #1 features that is needed to run a business or a service on Amazon. All different services Amazon just launched existed already via third party services like RightScale. And I don't want to use a third party email gateway for this purpose. It is pain in the ass to trace an email problem when you rely on such a solution. This was a little of topic and I like new features like these ones, but this, I think was not a priority for most of us. Am I wrong, maybe, if Amazon set this up before a good email solution ;-)
