Setup Highly Available DB2 database cluster (BETA 1)

Description
Use this script to create a cluster of 2 DB2 database servers configured for high availability. The two DB2 servers will be brought up as a DB2 HADR cluster comprising a primary and a standby DB2 servers. RightScale alerts are used to automate detection of outages on the primary server and an automatic takeover by the standby server.
NOTE: After clicking the first Run button (to run this Macro) you get to the "Select resources to be reused" page. You must NOT enter anything into the drop boxes! Instead just click the Run button again.
