Centrify - Setup AD Access and Privilege Management

Description
This Centrify RightScript configures Centrify to grant login rights to AD Users who are a member of the "ACCESSGROUP" AD Group as well as granting sudo privileges to AD Users who are a member of the "$PRIVILEGEGROUP" AD Group. Additionally, the root account will be mapped to the AD User "cloud.root" so that AD controls the password for any su operations. OpenSSH will be configured to allow AD-based Single Sign-On for AD Users.
