DB EBS slave init grow EBS

Description
Converts a running DB instance to be slave of an existing Master DB. It will restore the DB contents by creating an EBS volume of the size specified by the input variable DBEBSNEWVOLUMESIZE_GB and grow the filesystem to extend across the entire volume.
