DB MySQL attachment mysqldump import v1

Description
Downloads a mysqldump file from S3 and imports it into the local server (on database DBSCHEMANAME). If the schema already exists, nothing will be changed in the DB (i.e., no import). If the DBMYSQLDUMPPREFIX and DBMYSQLDUMPBUCKET are not set (input variable marked as ignored), nothing will be done.
