DB MySQL continuous mysqldump backups (v12.11.3-LTS)

Description
Installs a cron job to perform a nightly backup of a database (DB_SCHEMA_NAME), using mysqldump, and saves it to cloud storage.
If bucket name and prefix input variables are not set (or set to ignore), no cron will be created.
