DB SQLS Configure TempDB (v13.3)

Description
Configures tempdb according to Microsoft recommendations (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms175527.aspx):
- Sets recovery model to simple.
- Creates as many data files (of the same size) as the quantity of CPU cores on the system. Default size is 1 GB, but you can override this using OPT_TEMPDB_DATAFILE_SIZE_GB input.
- Sets the growth mode of data files to 10%.
