DB SQLS Start mirroring (v12.11.3-LTS)

Description
This script starts a mirroring session by invoking the "DB SQLS Init principal" RightScript on principal server or "DB SQLS Init mirror" RightScript on mirror server (depending on value of the SERVER_MODE input). Does nothing on a standalone server. Designed to be used as a boot script only; run this script manually only if you know what you are doing.
