EBS delete volume on halt

Description
Script that will delete the existing and attached volume where the EBS volume is mounted.
Description
When the instance is terminating (runlevel 0), the EBS volume will be unmounted and deleted. This will ONLY happen when the runlevel is 0, when the instance is being rebooted (runlevel 6), the volume will not be altered in any way.
