EBS unfreeze volume backups

Description
Re-enables the EBS backup script in the crontab so it continues to be executed periodically.
Description
When the "EBS freeze volume backups" RightScript is executed, it comments out a line in "/etc/crontab", which calls the "ebs-backup.rb" script. This script will uncomment this line and restart cron, so the continuous backup events will occur.
This RightScript requires the following RightScript dependencies:
- EBS Rightscale tools install
- EBS volume continuous backups
