SPLUNK Update Indexer

Description
Makes a SPLUNK forwarder (re)establish a connection with a new specified SPLUNK Indexer. The forwarder stops splunk, installs the client and rootCA certs from the new Indexer, changes outputs for the new Indexer and then starts the forwarder.
Note: the new Indexer should be operational prior to running this script.
Note: The client cert and rootCA cert must be provided and match what the new Indexer has.
