SPLUNK continuous backups

Description
It installs a cron file that continually snapshots an EBS device (on XFS ) that is mounted on the instance. The name of the snapshot will be defined by the EBSBACKUPPREFIX with the current date appended to it. i.e., myprefix-200810271826. If OPTEBSBACKUPKEEPLAST is set (to a number), the system will cleanup (i.e., erase) any snapshots matching the prefix that are older than the last N completed ones.
