SYS Add swap partition - 11H1

Description
Creates a swap partition of the size (in GB) specified by the OPT_SYS_LVM_SWAP_SIZE input.
If that input is not set then swap creation is skipped.
This script should not be run on m1.small and m1.medium instance sizes as they already have swap enabled by default.
