SYS Install AD backup policy (v13.3)

Description
Creates a Windows scheduled task to run the "AD Create system state backup" script. By default, the backup task will execute every Sunday at 3:00 AM; however, you can modify the schedule frequency using the "SCHEDULE" inputs provided. For security reasons, the script creates a new Windows domain account, AdBackup, with a randomly generated password, under which the scheduled task runs.
