SYS Install Microsoft update by KB number (v13.4)

Description
This script accepts KB number of a Microsoft update, checks whether this update is already installed and if not installed it downloads the update and installs it. Note that the update is NOT installed if it requires to accept the EULA (appropriate message is added to the audit entries). Also the script has advanced input to allow or prohibit reboot after installation of the update.
