SYS verify kernel modules are available - 11H1 RS_OPS

Description
This scripts verifies the image being booted has kernel modules for the selected kernel installed. When using Ubuntu, if modules for the kernel are not found, the script will attempt to install packages from the Ubuntu package repositories.
