Overview:

CloudOptimizer is a WAN optimization virtual appliance that securely accelerates applications and data movement into and around the cloud. It reduces data transfer times and costs by up to 95%. CloudOptimizer is compatible with all RightScale-supported clouds and can be configured and managed entirely within RightScale.

CloudOptimizer MySQL Edition is a combination of CloudOptimizer and RightScale's Database Manager for MySQL version 5.5. This powerful combination gives you the tools necessary to securely and cost-effectively replicate your MySQL database between different regions or clouds.

Uses the familiar RightScale Database Manager cookbook for all MySQL administration.
