Kumoya has formed a strategic Authorized Distributor partnership with RightScale to deliver the following in Japan.

• Establish and maintain a RightScale channel partner network (ISVs, SIs, Cloud Infrastructure Providers).
• Host various promotional activities such as training sessions, seminars and events to evangelize RightScale technology.
• Provide technical consulting services and system integration services for channel partners and their end users.

Under Kumoya's channel network in Japan, each partner will have access to Kumoya's localized technical resource and various events, making it easy to promote RightScale's solutions toward their customer base.
