Premium Onboarding: RightScale Premium Onboarding offers a quick and effective onramp to the cloud. Ensure that your project meets its goals, gets done on time, and is built to scale by following a set of best practices that we have developed over the last five years. Premium Onboarding is designed for those who would prefer detailed guidance with project scoping, planning, testing, and launch assistance, but still want to build their architecture themselves. Training

Our training options are designed to provide you with the guidance, documentation, and education to help you become self-sufficient in the cloud. All RightScale customers have complimentary access to our web-based RightTrack training, which provides key cloud and RightScale concepts, tutorials, and videos.

JumpStart: JumpStart™ is an instructor-led three-day course specifically designed to get you up and running fast in the cloud using RightScale. It is offered approximately once a month, usually in Santa Barbara, California. You will learn RightScale concepts, Dashboard operations, and best practices in the cloud using hands-on lab exercises. By the end of the three days you will learn how to spin up servers in the cloud, create self-launching scalable arrays behind high-availability load balancers, and launch a production deployment from staging in less then ten minutes.

On-Site and Virtual On-Site: Our four- to five-day instructor-led training course is delivered by experienced RightScale professionals. It begins with RightScale fundamentals and concludes with your a la carte selection of advanced topics. We guarantee that the training experience will be catered to your specific needs using hands-on lab projects to maximize learning and retention. This course can be delivered virtually, on-site at a location of your choosing, or at our training facility in beautiful Santa Barbara, California.

Engineering and Consulting Services

Support

RightScale offers two types of support to help you keep your applications humming. Problem Resolution support covers break/fix issues relating to the RightScale Dashboard, platform, and products. Consultative support covers best practices, troubleshooting, and advisory related to RightScale ServerTemplates™, monitoring, auto-scaling, and life cycle management.

All of our support levels include access to our Knowledge Base, Online Tutorials, Community Forums, and web-based ticketing system with unlimited problem resolution support. In addition, our five support levels include:
