Load volatility?

Default values are set corresponding to typical utilization scenarios for the deployment:

• Constant Load – Constant, stable demand. Defaults to 30% base utilization peaking to 60% utilization 2 times per year totaling 1% of the year.
• High Throughput – Infrequent, planned periods of peak demand. Defaults to 10% base utilization peaking to 75% utilization 12 times per year totaling 1% of the year.
• Predictable Burst – Frequent, planned periods of peak demand. Defaults to 20% base utilization peaking to 75% utilization 52 times per year totaling 20% of the year.
• Unpredictable Burst – Infrequent, unplanned periods of peak demand. Defaults to 15% base utilization peaking to 75% utilization 30 times per year totaling 15% of the year.
