Ryan O'Leary is the vice president of product at RightScale, driving the overall product direction and design. Leveraging software to solve real-world customer problems has always been his passion, beginning with forming a startup during college that provided custom ERP integration for small companies in California. Prior to RightScale, Ryan spent many years in the defense industry at Boeing and at a consulting firm leading software and systems engineering teams that designed future force software systems for the Army. He has a B.S in computer science from Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo.
